Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within a week. All items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e.not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Or merchandise will be returned to sender.
1. A return Authorization must be obtained from customer service specialist. Or the returned package will be returned to you.
2. Please indicate reason for return to get the return authorization and return-to address.
3. Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; reason for return.

Exchanges Policy
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order receipt for merchandise.
Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in your email to the customer service.
Items must be in original condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

Note:
1. Postage is not refundable.
2. 30% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
3. If the items are Non-quality Problems, customers need to add 30% postage for exchange delivery fees.
4. Return may takes one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.

1) Packing & Sending Your Return
2) Repack your unworn item in the original packaging.
3) Include a reason code on the packing slip for each item you wish to return.
4) Include the packing slip in the shipment, and keep a copy for your records.
5) Fill out your return address information on the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office. Unfortunately, We can not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
